1992 Honda Civic Coilover?
I bought a 92 civic from an auction two months ago. This is my first car and I'm fairly new to mechanics and technical stuff like that. I recently had my wheel changed and I noticed that the car has coilovers installed. My question is, When is it time to remove or repair the coilovers? Because when I'm driving, I could literally feel every bump on the road. Are they replaceable or do they need maintenance, are they in need of repair? Thats what I need to know.

You are talking about the McPherson strut. You can buy them as an assembly. You can install them yourself but you will still need the front end to be aligned after replacing them. They cost about $125 each. You may need more than just the strut replaced. You should refer this to a certified mechanic.
So let me get this right, it can be an old econobox with a sh*tty physique that you just swapped a new motor into, and you need to "alter" it? Okay, lets see the pics of the body package and mismatched doors.

tein makes some good ones so dude kyb
