on your instagram, go to the bottom menu bar and it should be the blue icon of a square upload button in the middle of the bar. click it and it brings you to the camera. you can either take a picture on the spot or click on the bottom of the right screen. if you click that icon then it will lead you to your albums on your ipod. click whatever picture and then you can either add effects to it or just leave it. after that you can add a description to it and make sure you use tag some words so you can get more likes. you can share that picture on tumblr,facebook,twitter,or you email. and after that press done and your picture should upload to your profile. then there you go.
