How do I enter codes from CodeJunkies.com?

I want to use the Code Junkie codes for Animal crossing.

It wont let me get in, I need to enter in the codes from code junkies.

How do I do it? :3 Any more help with Animal Crossing and helping me put codes in, I'd be grateful! Thank you very much!! x

Okay, then can anyone answer this? I was using Action Replay for just less than half my Mario & Luigi: Bowsers inside story DS Game. I got to a part, which there I need to get a blue shell. I googled it and found out how, but when I did it, I couldn't (Because of my cheats) anyway I can do this without re-starting my whole game!!?
