My god, thank you Viva La Ashley! No one can be emo because emo is a music genre. Not some stereotypical label where a guy has black long side bangs and whines about life.
How old are you? I guess boys with make up seem that way but than again you gotta think about what's going through their heads at the time they even thought of dressing that way :l

well im going to say no because i hate skinny men and a guy useing my eyeliner would bother me lol
But they all kind of look the same... sometimes I can't tell them apart from the girl emo's.
