How do I move a Facebook picture into my profile pictures album?

I want to move it to my profile pictures album so that it shows all the likes and comments. Whenever I try doing this I get the option to put it into my other albums but not my profile pic album. Please help, I want my profile pic to show all the likes and comments.

    there is no way to do that and keep the likes and comments

    do no longer trouble, im having the wonderful same problem! that is sooo very problematical. facebook is stupid. Why might they eliminate the alternative of shifting photograph's to different albums even no rely if that is interior the "Profile photos" album. that is dumb and it do no longer make any style of sense!!!! UGH! :(
