citylink delivery problem?

I ordered a 50" plasma tv on 11th feb for next day delivery...its now 14 th and on the website tracking all it says is :

14/02/13 13:46 These goods are in our network.

14/02/13 05:03 These goods have successfully arrived at the Depot ready for delivery.

13/02/13 14:38 These goods have been scanned at the collection Depot and are now on route to the delivery Depot.

Ive emailed amazon as I purchased the tv off them & they have refunded me for my next day delivery fee and said they will be in touch within 48hrs to let me know where my tv is...

has anyone else had similar problems with citylink? and is it possible my tv has just been "lost" I now have to wait in another day to see if it arrives

  • Sounds like they have it, but for some reason they did not send it out for delivery.
