cmos problem... help?

i think somethings broken.. but i'm not sure.. i kept resetting the date and putting "no errors" on halt, on the setting every time i log on..

Update:

sorry for lack of details, i already change the battery inside... and it still doesn't work.. i already check the battery if its in a correct position and the correct type of battery

Yes, you have a CMOS problem. You need to replace the CMOS battery on your motherboard. It is an easy "fix" and costs less than $5.

Try simple things 1st:1.open ur case

2.u shoulds find the cmos batery,cellion

3.take it out 4 abt 1 min

4.install it back and now it should have reset ur bios

And ur question is not enough clear and lack Information

If problem persist i recommend dont try any thing by urself

this is very small problem but in ur attempt to reapair, it could lead u a more serious prob
