i need fitness advice asap!!! im a teenage girl...?
ok so ive always been small..but recently ive been gaining weight which makes me look fat. i really want to lose the tummy fat. please help! and i want to do it as fast as possible...how long do you think it will take???? im 5'3 and 106 pounds...i used to be 100. i just want a flat tummy again!

You're too thin. I'm 5'3 and I want to weigh 120, no less! You're too thin, I don't know why you think you're fat. Just go running, that's a full body work out, you'll gain muscle and look good.
Crunches...Cut off soda intake and don't have too much sugar..
Whatever you do, don't go below 100. You're fine for your height..
