controversial school issue?
okay so its homecoming week at school, as usual theres dress up days during the week. im on the student council and the dress up days were decided by like one person sooo the rest of us didnt have an opinion on it. fyi the theme for homecoming is game shows, so the day before the day that we were supposed to be "dress like a prize", two different groups were made on facebook the night before saying to either wear camo or dress ghetto to school cause the entire student body was pretty much in agreement that dressing like a "prize" was a dumb idea. So therefore i came to school with camo on, (along with half the student body) and there just happened to be a student council that morning, i came in and the student council leader bitched me out for not folllowing the correct dress up day and i was apparently a dissapointment to the other student coucil members because all of their hard work on homecoming week. And now the whole deal is getting real blown out of proportion. do you think i can get in trouble for this? they cant kick me out of student coucil can they? i mean i do have the right of symbolic speech under the first amendment to wear whatever i want right?

You where voted onto the council so no they can't kick you off.Hell you probably get voted student president
Don't pollute your mind. Presumptions and assumptions are not good if you want to be a good student. Your teacher and parents are always available for seeking guidance. In school try to follow the rules of conduct.
