However, it is unclear what legal rights you may actually hold for this "trademark poaching" domain. Because "Yahoo" is a "famous trademark," it is quite likely that Yahoo could assert its right to take over the domain at no cost. See the ICANN "domain dispute policy" linked below. I've sold and bought domain names on eBay, and others have suggested Sedo and other marketplaces for domain names. Each will charge fees (eBay charges listing fees and a commission on the sale price; some marketplaces will charge only a commission on the sale price).
