How do I send my AP scores to a college?

I have attended a university for a year but for financial reasons, I am returning to the community college here near where I live. When I had enrolled in the first university, I sent my AP scores (from college board) during my senior year with no problem, yet know that I need to send them again (as required by the community college) I cannot find where to do this. Any suggestions/help would be very useful. Thanks!
