Assasins creed 3 problems?

I am trying to do missions and in both New York and Boston there is a mission in the map and I go to it and they are in a store. So I open te door an walk in buy there is no where to activate the mission! The mission market is still on the map but I can't do the mission! Help!!!

    I got one of those too. I think its just a glitch. Mine is on ps3.
