how do you apply eye shadow primer?
i'm going to use my mum's Urban Decay Eye shadow primer potion thingie haha, i don't see her use it anyways.
so, obviously, i apply before doing anything to my eyes, right? do i put any under my eyes, or only on my eye lid? or, do i apply eye liner and mascara first THEN apply the primer?
haha sorry if these are stupid questions. i usually only wear eye liner and mascara-- no foundation or concealer at all, so i don't know how to use primer or anything.

ok so if your only wearing eyeliner and mascara there really isnt any reason for you to use the primer.
basicly it primes your eyelids before putting your eyeshadow on. it will make it darker and stand out better. and it will make the eyeshadow come out as its actual color. instead of lighter which is what most do when you dont put the primer on first.
it covers up any coloring on the eyelid. some people have really thin eyelids and you can see the veins in it. it will cover those up so you dont see them
basicly it has a little wand inside. you put swipe a but across your eyelid then use your finger tip to smooth it across your eyelid. from the eyebrow bone to the lash line.

only on your eyelids. it is eye shadow primer after all. put the primer on your bare eyelids. then let it dry and apply your eyeshadow, liner and mascara
you apply it before doing your eye make up that way it lasts longer.
you typically put it on your top lid but if you intend on doing any bold eyeshadow
or eyeliner on your bottom lash line you can always a little down there too.and no

Well just put it on your top eyelid or whereever your gonna put it before you apply the eyeshadow.
