HTC PRO2 PW Retrieval?

I have a HTC pro 2 and I had to get a replacement for it. I still have my old phone but I forgot the pw to unlock it. Is there anyway I can remove the pw without doing a hard reset, because I need some info from texts and notes I have on the old phone?

    If you are talking about the keyboard lock, call your carried support. They can reset the password for you.
