How do I go about real estate title transfer?

I have been co owner of my parents house/ property for 20 years. They have both passed recently making me sole owner. I want to give the property to my brother.

How can I go about doing this without going to a lawyer?

    Giving real property away isn't as simple as you may think and there are huge tax consequences (i.e. gift taxes) in doing so. Do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer on this one.

    here, will cause u massive legal problems and

    TAX costs. he will have problems also.
