exercise 30 mins per day?
hey everyone i exercise 30 mins per day and i eat roughly1000 calories a day, and i walk about 10-15 mins per day aswell
do you think i will lose weight by using the treadmill 30 mins per day 5 days a week? i run for a few mins then walk fast then repeat the process.
any ideas on how much weight i could lose? as im eating 1000 and exercising 30 mins..

good job with the calories and if u walk then for an hour but if u jog/run for 30mins stay strong
i got here across the e book to be very informative and straight forward to examine. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too rapidly. i visit confess i haven't observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet generally) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. You need to eat about 500 more calories or your stomach will actually expand and you will look weird.
Kinda low for the caloric intake, I think you'll definitely lose weight-either fat or muscle weight.
