Barrios buenos aires*?

Hi, I am hoping someone on here can give some background info on buenos aires, i have done research but there is some other facts that I am interested when I go there next year. Is there a contrats between the following cities within the province.. for anyone that has been to these places..

Standard of living / HDI?

Merlo, Jose Clemente Paz, Paso del rey, Moreno, buenos aires city too?

also how do you think it would comare for its standard of living compared to US, U.K,... Australia ect..

any info on this will be very helpful...I will be staying there for a year.. cheers

    Buenos Aires is a very beautiful, no comparison. When you arrive in Buenos Aires I think you will not want to leave.

    In this city is easy to find a job, things are cheaper, security is good, health is also good, education is excellent. enjoy the people here is very happy.
