Sims 3 for xbox..NO PAPARAZZI!?
my Sims is a rockstar who is also married to a superstar athlete... there is never any paparazzi.. I was thinking that
because maybe they don't pop up in the base game and because its on xbox..But I've heard sometimes you get no paparazzi regardless

Your first instinct is correct. The base game in general and the console game don't have the celebrity system or the paparazzi that come with it. The celebrity system and paparazzi are part of the Late Night expansion, which aren't available on Xbox.
