How can we get a parole officer's no contact order removed?
He was on parole and his marriage was dissolving.(*NOTE*I had no idea he was married at the time.He told me she was his room mate and by the way they lived with one another, I had no reason to question).We started seeing each other. He had a UA and was positive.She found out about him & I. And went to his PO's office, told her I was the reason he failed and how him and I abuse drugs together.And that a no contact order should be put in place. Trying to save what was left of their marriage not to mention the fact that she said she would accuse him of domestic abuse,rape and a whole mess of other crimes,none of which were true,but when your on parole none of that matters.When asked by the PO he agreed.Now they are no longer together but the PO refused to lift the order.I have never been accused of or convicted of a crime. I've had my brother and my nephew stay with me on ISP & never had a problem or a violation.I don't do drugs. They've never had a problem with me. What can we do?

Stop hanging out with him so he doesn't have someone influencing him and provoking him to use drugs. When he complies with and completes his parole the order might be lifted.
You told his PO that you were helping him abuse/use drugs. You can forget about canceling the no contact order. The fact that he lied to you in establishing your relationship does not bother you at all, is of great concern. You really need to do some thinking on this.
You ask to speak to his supervisor and the parolee might have sign a document stating that he was coerced into making those allegations.
