Update:to the user called computer guru...im asking specifically about babelgum videos incase theyre encripted...i need to know if its worth using this service at all.. i dont intend to use it if theres no way to keep stuff we spend ages downloading if were not allowed to view them in the future or keep them to burn to dvds...if theres any way around any steps they take to stop us let me know

Easiest way is going to be pulling it out of your temporary internet files.
Clear your temporary internet files and then go straight to the page where the video is playing. After the video plays you can go to your temporary internet files and pull the video out. More than likely it will have some cryptic name, just look for the largest file and it should be the video.
I did this with an online class that didn't offer the lectures for download. I showed them...Ha...
