Just say anything. You don't need to be fancy when you pray, God knows what you are thinking 24/7 its not like when you pray it's the first time he is looking into your mind. Just remember to end each prayer with "In Jesus's name I pray" this is because you can only pray to the Father through Jesus. He is your mediator to God. Also I encourage you to read the Bible. I'm guessing you are young, I am 18 and I help teach the youth group at my church if you have any questions you can email me anytime you want
Prey and analyze the words of the Our Father which art in Heaven prayer...this is what Jesus taught. And the words cover everything you need to say to God. Then just talk to him like a person...person to person. He likes that!
