How do I import my Outlook Express address book into Yahoo mail?

My old PC running Windows 98 is on its way out and I want to copy my Outlook Express 97 address book into my Yahoo Mail contacts on another PC running Windows XP. I have saved my address book (which seems to be a .WAB file ?) onto a card, but don't know how to import it.

    File, then Import.

    Go to Yahoo mail. For Classic go to the address book and you will see import/export at the bottom. For All-New go to mail options/contacts and look for import/export. Look at the available formats. Now go to OE and look at their export formats. Choose the one that is compatible.
