BH Cosmetics return???????????????????

I was very unhappy with my purchase from BH Comsetics. The website says you can return the products if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

Is it okay that I swatched some of the products???

Update:

No, I mean I swatched like I rubbed my fingers over some of the colors to see the quality. The quality with the items were terrbile to me. So would I be able to return them if I am unsatisfied??

    If you mean that you "switched" some of your products when returning them, no - that is definitely not okay! Honesty and ethics are always important in every aspect of business transactions, no matter how small.
