Look for the avatar you want over the net then make sure its 120X120 anything larger usually can't be used. Save to pictures then when you are ready a browse should pop up pick that avatar and there you go. Hope this helps.
Find your logo and copy it to paint. Save as jpeg. Put it into your 360 photos and save it as your primary photo in 360.
