Contesting a photo speeding ticket?
Has anyone successfully contested a radar photo speeding ticket? I was allegedly clocked by a photo radar camera doing 51 in a 40, but I know I had my cruise control set under 45 mph. What happens during a contestment?

nothing, you will loose unless you can prove the photo radar to be defective, did you ever think your speedometer could be off? you would have to request to see the photo radar's calibration records, if it was in for repair, when and for what. just pay the ticket and slow down.
