Can doctors diagnose arrhythmia?

I have had all the test done: Blood tests, ECG Recording, Chest X-ray, Echocardiogram test, also a Holter monitor done. But my question is even tho all those test that I done and the results turned out normal, would the doctors have found out that I did have Arrhythmia? I had the Echo test done and the Cardiologist said there isn't anything wrong with my heart and would the Echo test detect Arrhythmia aswel?

    The echo would detect any structural problems. The tests you had would've detected an arrhythmia.
