Mii's will only travel to another computer if you are friends with them I believe. I do have 4 people in the Mii Parade and I pretty much know all of them. (Its the Mii that I sent an email to and he sent back) Its similar to the Friend Code System in the Nintendo DS, you cant send anything to each other until both agree.
