do opposites attract? equals attract? or is love deaf?
I was in love with a girl who was completely unlike me in every way, an example: I like snow holidays, she likes sun. We're not together anymore and now I'm trying to figure out what kind of girl I should go for next. Somebody with the same interests as me, completely the opposite or does it matter? I want to know what you think..
By love being deaf I mean you can fall in love no matter what type of person they are.

Try not to limit yourself by saying you need to figure out what kind of girl to go for next. As we all know most boys like different things to girls and it doesn't matter what kind of interests you have as long as you have the same values, lifelong goals and also chemistry etc. When you find somebody you like you won't be worrying if they like sun or snow holidays you will like them as a person and if they like snow holidays then thats just a bonus
I honestly don't think it matters. You can fall in love with anybody, there isn't really any logic in it. Just get talking to someone and you will more often than not know within an hour if you like them or not.
Opposites can attract because it brings variety to a relationship. People with similar interests attract because they have something to talk about. Either relationship can be successful or a complete flop. Don't try to put logic onto something as illogical as love, you will make your brain hurt!
It's a lot easier to have a relationship with someone that has some similar interests. It also helps if you have some different ones too, so you can spend a little time apart. The main thing you really want is for your core beliefs to be the same. If you are too different on what you find morally and ethically acceptable, there will be a lot of problems.
um well i think that you should find some girl who is like you a little bit. love is deaf mostly. example i met my boyfriend on line we like different music he used to ride horses. he didn't like to talk much when we met and he doesn't really never think of anything to do. i love talking not used to having to do much around the house and i have two sisters. but we have both taught each other new games we have went new places together and tried new things. so finding someone who is kinda like you but not in every way is good.
I think its different for everybody. My girlfriend and I are opposites. She is the kind of girl that likes to go out and party, while I'm the kind of guy that likes to stay home and watch a movie. But we are also alike in ways to, we mesh.. So I guess it differs from couple to couple
I find the best type of person to be around, is someone who you have stuff in common with, and similar interests, but who is still quite different, and also likes thing you don't.
someone who is too similar to you, might leave you feeling, board, or annoyed, while someone who is too different makes it more difficult for you two to connect, and do things together you both enjoy.
You want a good mix of both, someone you can relate, and connect to, but also who interesting, and her own person.
i believe opposites attract example im a sagittarius and my fiance is a gemini we been together 7 years and we are so differnt it makes it exciting and never gets boring..
