Who do I need to contact?

I’m starting a commercial janitorial business and would like to know if anyone knows if I should contact the offices that own the building, or the company who is leasing the building to offer my services?

    Usually you should call the building management company, the owners are often absentee - thats why they hire the management company to do the work for them. Sometimes you may have to contact each business owner WITHIN the building if you want to do the offices inside too. Good Luck.

    You could go down to the building and ask to speak to someone in charge and ask them who you should contact.
