Is Ardamax a safe program?

hey, well ardamax is a keylogger program to make keyloggers, i know keylogging is illegal but i never said im going to keylog anyone.. anyways whenever i visit the ardamax page, my norton anti virus always stops a high risk virus, the virus is a Downloader.. so im scared to download the program i dont want anything to happen..so if anyone has this program or anything, Ardamax Keylogger just type that in google if you want to see.. thanks
