@yahoo.com e-mails Delivery fails?

I answer and send out customer e-mails inquirys. Yesterday, almost all yahoo e-mails cam back with a Delivery failed message. We answer and send out about 200 e-mails a day and around 25% are @yahoo.com addresses. Does anyone know why this may happen?

Update:

I do not send e-mail from yahoo e-mail. I send e-mail to @yahoo.com e-mails that my customers use. If the customer wants to have their issue resolved, the must supply a valid e-mail address. I do not think they will be giving fake e-mail addresses for this reason.

    could be bogus email addresses....most people are afraid because of privacy issues....or maybe you are over your limit...check into Yahoo Mail Plus for better service if your going to run a business on the net.
