I use to drink over two liters a day but this stopped now i'm on a diet and I consume two cokes daily and was wondering if this is still bad for me my height 5'10 I weigh 165pounds this is the only time I drink any thing with sugar I will sometimes eat some sweets

Ultimately there is nothing healthy in a Coke. It is completely man made with chemicals In fact it is known to help remove corrosion from a car battery. I cut out soda except occasionally if I go out to eat I will have a Sprite. No caffeine and no caramel but still loaded with crap. What it comes down to is all soda is not very good.

Some days I do that with diet coke (which can not make you fat). In fact most days I drink about 2/3 of the two liter bottle. It hasn't killed me yet. I think only bottled-water snobs or those who think drinking sugary fruit juice is good for you are likely to hate the thought of anyone thriving on diet coke.
I thought by "Two Cokes" you meant two cups. 2ltrs of coke per day is bad no matter what way you look at it, try replacing it with something less sugary like blueberry juice or invest in a smoothie machine, if you make them yourself with fresh fruit they may seem more appealing. Also drinking acidy / sugary drinks Its best to eat a small block of cheese afterwards to help reduce the damage on your teeth.

I've seen worse. However, if you want to reach your ultimate weight goal faster than the sodas will hinder your progress. Try to drop to 1 a day or maybe even switch to diet if you can. You will get use to the diet taste after a while. But beware that diet soda still has tons of sodium!
not at all, having them spread out, lets say, one in the morning/middle fo the day and one in the night is perfectly okay. But drinking three is kind of going over the top.
dont lose anymore weight. 5`10 and 165 is average already, possibly even on the skinny side.
Hmm well its not that bad but maybe go for one a day it would be better if you wish to loose wieght
