Does Cholesterol or Trans fat ever go away?
In other words, does it leave the body, or stay in the blood stream forever?
Update:I'm asking because I usually look at the nutrition facts and compare similar products when shopping to try and by things with the lowest amount of these two ingredients.
However, I've noticed that milk/cheese products notoriously have a high amount of cholestrol.
As for trans fat, anyone have information on whether that stays in the body, or is excreted?

No,body uses cholestrol and also get ride of it in stool too.In fact cholestrol is needed for many of body functions it is body's isolation in front of cold, and is an energy source too.Just the excess amount of it should be avoided.
