Ignore this whole situation as if it never happened. Don't mention this to any of your co-workers or your boss. Your boss should be smart enough to know this was a mistake.
Assuming you're being honest you've just learned that "letting it all hang out" can have consequences. Acting on whim (which seems to be the norm today) and without activating the brain usually leads to a bad outcome.
If you're confident and secure in your own view - then just laugh it off. If you're an insecure coward with self-esteem issues, make up some bullshit story about your email account being hacked.
