Can all you diet savvy ( thats 2 v's not a w) peoples out their come up with a day or two of food plans for me. I been instructed to a) keep it to 1200cals b)keep it to 15 grams of fat max c) cyt back on carbs and d) eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 All advice is welcome thanks

I eat 1200cals per day... been doing it for a few months now. 15g of fat is REALLY low. Your body does need some to aid in digestion. i'd reccomend trying to keep it below 20-30. I've tried to keep my diet 25%fat, 25%protein, 50%carbs.
My doctor okay'd the 1200cal per day thing for me, and I eat up to 1500 on weekends to keep my metabolism from tanking - I'd reccomend cycling your calories. i've gotten stuck before and it majorly stinks. Since cycling them, that hasn't happened.
Who told you to only eat 1200 calories a day? You will be very hungry on this diet. You might even change your metabolism so much that when you start eating normal again you will gain all the weight back plus more. I don't think any nutritionist would tell you to eat this few calories.
