Upgraded MacBook Air or 15" MacBook Pro?
I'm getting a laptop for highschool. I can't decide between the 13" MacBook Air with dual core i7 and 8gb ram or the 15" MacBook Pro retina with quad core i7 and 8gb ram. I'm gonna use it for typing and maybe a little but of photo editing and video editing. Also it's like 600$ cheaper to get the air. The 3rd option would be to get a 13" MacBook Pro retina but I heard that it doesn't have a good graphics card and it's a waste of retina display. Also if u hav any other suggestions that would be great

The Retina 15" has NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M with 1GB of GDDR5 . If that is "bad", 99% of other notebooks are worse.
All Apple computers with 13" display have integrated graphics only. If you want great graphics, why squint at a tiny 13" screen? You buy the 15" for great graphics.
The amount of time spent on photo editing, video editing, and game playing doesn't determine how much graphics you need. You either need it or you don't.
