Grade A vs. Grade B?

Ok so i got this Recipie that says i have to use Grade B organic Syrup well i couldnt find any so i got Grade A organic Syrup whats the difference??

  • Grade B is darker than the darkest Grade A and has a stronger flavor. Grade A is more suitable for table use. Grade B is more suitable for cooking/baking, though some people prefer it for table use as well..

  • Yep Purple is right. My in-laws in Vt. make syrup each year. The Grade B is the best (and most expensive) while grade A is not. Leave it to the Vermonter to come up with this system!

  • you got a B in chemistry??? Girl that is freaking good grade all my friends failed chemistry I didn't even take chemistry I took another science to substitute it cuz I know it's hard. Just tell your Dad to stop demanding perfection. Having a B is really good grade and you are trying. If he wants you to have an A tell him to help you every night with your homework in chemistry if you still get a B then you can tell your dad to back off that its not so easy as he thinks! Good Luck
