Is Rigevidon nausea temporary?

So, I am currently on my second month of rigevidon. For my first month, I felt extremely nauseous on the first day of my pack but after that did not feel unwell at all for the rest of the pack.

However, I have been waking up with nausea every night about 5-8 hours or so after taking my pill after EVERY PILL.

Is this a temporary side effect because my body is getting used to it or should I go back to the doctors?
