Good Outside Dessert Ideas?
I didn't get to have a baby shower, so now Im having a Welcome to the World Party. Im having it at a park & its going to be decently warm out side. I'm already having a cake made for the party but I want to have other options for the guest. I'm thinking Ice Cream wont work because it will melt. Even if I put it in a cooler it will melt. & the really crappy part is I don't have a working oven. So can somebody please help me with some ideas? I'm open for anything, new ideas. Please help me out with this. Thank You!!

A tray of cookies, pastries or baklava, they are beautiful and keep well in the heat. I would avoid fruits and dairy desserts since they are perishable.
Cookies, sheet cake, a pound cake (maybe with some fresh sliced fruit to go with it, or a fruit syrup), almond cake, blondies, scones, doughnuts, pastries, shortbread, puppy chow, lemon bars, muffins, cupcakes, pies (those like apple, pecan, blackberry, cherry, or any that don't require refrigeration), granola bars.
Fruit Salad. However this time of year I suggest you have it indoors.
