serious mass or pro gainer?
I am 20 years 5ft 9 inc tall asian with avg weight of 67 kg (appx. 147 lbs ) .
I m doing workout nearly 6 months and my biceps are not that much bigger .. so i wanna mass my arms and i m willing to use either serious mass or pro gainer... what would be suitable to me..
Or have u got another choice for me to mass my biceps...

Neither will "mass" your biceps, only working out will do that. Mass gainers are nothing more than high fat/high calorie protein powders to help you gain weight aka mass. If you don't workout while drinking, they will just cause you to get fat
