How do I turn cheese blue?

I want to make a study on the effects of blue cheese. I'm making an experiment to see if it has any positive effects on humans. I know the side effect could possibly be food poisoning, but there could be positive effects.

Just kidding, I'm an angler not a doctor, and I heard blue cheese is a good bait for catfish.

    I don't think you can turn cheese blue. I think that's just a type of cheese. It might turn grey it it collects enough mold though.
