Is propaganda suggested lies?
If it is, then how can Repubs say that Bush has never lied when he has used millions of taxpayers money to support propaganda?
Update:What does Clinton have to do with my question? If you want to ask that, then why not point out that Bush REFUSES to even APPEAR under oath! Which one is the bigger wimp?

"All propaganda must be so popular and on such an intellectual level, that even the most stupid of those whom claim it as directed will understand it. Through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way around, to consider the most wretched sort of life as Paradise."
Adolph Hitler
Bush learned everything he knows from the best.
The use of propaganda is as old as politics - maybe even older. It isn't suggested lies, it's telling half truths to coerce people to take your side. If those people choose to take your word to heart, without doing their own research, then it's their own fault and naivety.
I'm not really sure what the point of your question is - other than fishing for evidence of lies and deceit in order to have him impeached. In which case, using propaganda isn't going to be sufficient.
theres many forms of propaganda from outright lies to implied lies to presenting a person with limited choices and "allowing" them to come to their own conclusions even though the choice would be obvious and is a lie anyway .. propaganda has been refined to an art these days .. flip on the tv and whatever is on will contain it and americans are bombarded with it 24/7 through the media ..
No, your form of Propaganda may be saying that Bush has said he never lied, when Bush may have never said he never lied.
W. CLINTON SWORE UNDER OATH AND LIED !!!!

there is no point in using propaganda to tell someone the truth. BTW it's Bushaganda, his own private brand and blend.
Expose the truth HERA... You are the hope for this nation. Our future is in your hands.
