Eggs are protein which dissolves better in cold water than in hot. Hose them down well and then use a scraper to lift off the egg. A razor blade scraper works really well, but be careful! Then wash the windows as usual.
I used to work in the dairy department at Wamart and had to clean busted up dried eggs out of the shelves all the time, use any soap and water and a wide sharp putty knife to scrap, should be fairly easy.. good luck
