How do I transfer money from a debit card into my paypal account?
I am trying to send 50.00 from my debit card over to paypal to purchase something for 49.95. Paypal says the action cannot be transferred. The debit card is a 50dollar rebate card from a cell phone I purchased, but it is Visa so why would this not work? PLEASE help!

I think the only way you can transfer funds to your paypal account is to have a verified checking account.
