Temporary Tattoo?
So, I want to make myself a temporary tattoo near my collarbone (yes, from divergent) using liquid eyeliner, then later rubbing baby powder on it, and then spraying it lightly with hairspray. I was just wondering if you guys know how long it would stay on. Also, would it harm my skin? I'm planning on maybe re-doing it a couple of times but not obsessively?

I don't imagine that it will last long, I know that using a liquid band-aid helps it last longer.
