Does anyone know how to send pictures from a sidekick 3 to a non-sidekick phone?

All I know is how to send photos via e-mail. I want to send pictures to phones that don't carry e-mails, and just send them through text, but I don't know how. Can I be able to do this or not?

    I have a sidekick and I think it's impossible to send it to a phone, you have to use the email feature on the phone. It stinks,..I hope I am wrong because I overall like the sidekick.
