A 1GB direct11 Radeon HD 5770 will let you play at the highest settings, without lag. These cards are fairly inexpensive, and they likely won't require you to upgrade your power supply. I have a secondary computer using a 5770, and many of its games (most recent ones) runs like a charm, using a stock 250 watt power supply.
