how do i know a lawyer is a certified INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Lawyer?

I need a confidentiality Agreement checking over and amending to suit my needs...

    Go to your state's State Bar website. There should be a place for you to do an attorney search based on what area of law they practice. There is no such thing as a "certified" attorney unless they get board certified. You will be able to find that information at the State Bar website.
