how to de stress myself?

I am being yell at all the time by one of my family member how do I stay cool and not let him put me and my confident crush. how do I de stress myself cuz after I get yell at by hi I always feel like I want to hang myself.

    5) listen to music

    6) find other ways to distract yourself from the stress

    It sounds like you're in a difficult situation.

    If you have a family member that yells at you

    all the time then it sounds a bit disfunctional

    and it may be more about that person than you

    so don't take it so personally.

  • It's hard to be patient when someone yells at you 24/7 . I know this because I live under a roof with family that yell all the time, mostly at me . Sometimes I want to just punch them in the face and start yelling back, but Instead I literally just walk away. Be calm , take a deep breath and say "I'll be right back I'm gonna _______" Go to your room calmly, go do something that makes you happy. My family is very negative towards me , my dreams , who I am..But you have to really think about this..Does it matter how negative your family is on you? Don't get me wrong , I love my family so much and I know when their negative to you it rubs off ..But who cares when they are negative. Just cause they say something, doesn't mean it's true. Nobody knows what your capable of doing except yourself. Yes, most parents know their children very well, but not what they can do . You start off life alone, Your gonna end your life alone. Nobody knows your thoughts 24/7 except you . Nobody knows what you're capable of except you. Next time they're negative towards you just remember: Their negative opinions don't phase who I am and what I'm capable of doing. They may know a lot about me , but not everything.
