How do I connect to a pc via remote access?
I was wondering if there is anyway I would be able to connect to a friends pc using remote access. Will I be able to use his IP from my pc? With his permission of course. Thanks in advance

If you use remote desktop and login to his PC, then open any network aware applications and run them from his PC, then you will in effect be using his computer. Therefore, the source IP address that you will be using will be the one assigned to the computer you are remote desktop'ed into.
Update: when I say "open any network aware applications", I mean things like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.

For a newbie, Logmein is the right one. Tell your friend to login to the site given, and register there. He will be given a login and password. You login to the same website and enter the id and pwd.
